With an educational background in psychology and 15+ years of experience, my practice has evolved to incorporate the dynamic tools of Solution-Focused Life Coaching with ideas from traditional psychology, the wisdom of indigenous healing, the insight of meditation and intuition, communication skills, and the art of manufacturing and choosing homeopathic gem essence remedies for uplifting, healing and rejuvenation.
I am passionate about empowering individuals through practical application of intuitive guidance, to activate their full potential. I guide my clients with gentle and effective tools and processes that reduce stress, heal past emotional “baggage” when it gets in the way, promote insight and resourcefulness, and encouraging success on their own terms; and to enjoy life along the way.

My Approach
During an initial discovery session, we’ll get to know each other. We’ll explore what’s really important to you, and what’s getting in your way. My goal is to meet you where you are and suggest personalized next steps that are right for you and responsive to your unique needs. If you choose to move forward to receive Life Coaching on a consistent basis, our work together will help you get results during sessions and continue the momentum in between sessions as new insights emerge.
Everyone’s journey is unique and my clients come to me at various stages of growth. My general approach is to first help you reduce stress such as worry, overwhelm or exhaustion so you can feel better and function at your best. You may need to become more organized, set time aside for self-care or set boundaries. As our trust builds, we begin to gently dive deeper into the underlying issues that hold you back and cause the stress. As you become clearer about what you really want, I’ll assist you to create strategies with a step by step approach.
As we meet over time on a consistent basis, you’ll adjust your lifestyle, make better choices and manifest more and more success. As you gain more insight, wisdom and spiritual growth you’ll continue to feel better and leverage the opportunities that come your way.
You’ll become happier, healthier and more fulfilled. You will probably see others you are in relationship to, respond better. As you align your life more closely with your values, happiness and well-being come easier. All the while building your thinking skills, becoming more effective in everything you do, finding and building loving relationships, raising happy successful children, participating in interesting and meaningful activities, always learning and growing, becoming more healthy and whole. In other words, living your full potential. The ultimate goal is whatever you want your life to be through conscious choice.
Coaching is a process over time.
It generally takes a minimum of 6 months to achieve success on a specific project and longer for fundamental changes that support long-term happiness. Because coaching is a co-creative process, the more committed you are, the more you are likely to achieve. Sometimes the process ebbs and flows, so I always suggest you don’t give up until you get what you want.
Many of my clients work with me for a few years and may gradually reduce the frequency of sessions over time. They often re-engage when new challenges or goals arise, they want to get back on track faster or want a sounding board as they think deeply.
Those clients who are truly dedicated to their personal growth and well-being work with me long after achieving their initial goals. After a few years, the conversation tends to shift from a primary focus on short-term goals and to reduce daily stress or frustrations to rejuvenation and expansion of wisdom, spiritual and intuitive growth, legacy, or acceptance of aging and death. Growing, learning, and building wisdom is a lifetime process.
Strategies
I utilize dynamic techniques of Solution-Focused Life Coaching and NLP, Neuro-linguistics Programming, a branch of psychology based on scientific studies of successful people and what works. These tools and processes encourage clarity, inspiration and creativity to flow. The goal is to find better ways to have fuller and richer lives.

- There is no such thing as failure, only feedback: We are always failing forward!
